Granite Concepts, LLC was wonderful to work with . I thought when I found them on-line they would be no different than the other 4 or 5 companies I contacted on line - stand e-mails answering back, but no one actually following through and writing a personal letter - Granite concepts did, the first day I contacted them.
I had waited 6 weeks for another contractor (with whom I had a signed contract) to do the job - when they never called or showed any interest - I cancelled that contract and thus Granite Concepts, LLC.
My countertops were in within the week - and they are gorgeous ! First class, and true to their word - Granite Concepts, LLC is a rare breed in these days of impersonal business.
